At Mending Lives Home Care, we are committed to providing reliable, high-quality care tailored to each client’s needs. To ensure seamless service and caregiver availability, we require a two-week deposit upon enrollment.

No Refund Policy

• All down payments and deposits are non-refundable as they secure staffing and scheduling for your care services.

• Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

  • The passing of a client before services begin.

  • A client being permanently admitted to a residential facility (such as a nursing home or long-term care facility).
